Welcome, I am Narelle, a highly motivated and compassionate Developmental Educator with extensive experience across the disability and aged care sectors. I strongly believe in recognising each individual’s strengths, lived experience, and informal support networks, and I am committed to delivering respectful, person-centred, and dignity-driven services. Drawing on years of hands-on experience, I offer a unique, holistic service that supports people to navigate complex systems such as the NDIS and My Aged Care, and to advocate for their health, needs, and desires to improve quality of life. I bring a calm, respectful presence to emotionally challenging situations and work alongside individuals and families to ensure their voices are heard and their goals prioritised. Whether I’m supporting someone through an NDIS planning meeting, explaining paperwork in plain English, or sitting beside a client at the end of life, I offer thoughtful, rights-based guidance and consistent support. My practice is grounded in empathy, advocacy, and a deep commitment to empowering people to live with greater confidence, autonomy, and connection.
