This physical booklet gives you space to think through and write down your preferences around end-of-life care, personal matters, and the things that are important to you, at your own pace and in your own time.

It also gives you a place to record the practical information your loved ones will need in that first week after you're gone, things like who to contact, where important documents are kept, and what needs to happen first. Having this written down in one place can ease a huge amount of decision fatigue for the people you love, at a time when they have very little capacity for it.

It's not about having every answer straight away. It's a place to return to, add to, and revisit as your thinking becomes clearer, so that when the time comes, your voice is the one guiding the decisions, and those left behind have one less thing to carry.
